Before Disinfection

What is the lead time for deployment?

We are able to deploy within 24 hours. However, you are encouraged to book us one week in advance.

Do we need to clean the place prior to applying Speco®?

You are encouraged to clean the surface of dust and keep the area tidy before application. This would ensure that Speco®’s antimicrobial coating will bond to the surface evenly and achieve the best results.

Will you be doing a wipe down if there is dirt on surfaces?

Our team consists of trained technicians that will assess and help clean away any stains or materials that would affect the Speco® coating.

During Disinfection

Do I need to vacate my premises while disinfection is ongoing?

No, all Speco® products are non-cytotoxic and are safe to inhale. However, it is recommended to vacate your workstations to ensure our Operations Team have sufficient work areas to provide you with an efficient experience.

How long does it take for Speco® to take effect?

Speco® is fast-curing and you can use the place immediately after our technicians leave.

After Disinfection

After disinfection is done, how should we maintain the place?

When sprayed on smooth surfaces, Speco® can effectively protect up to the stated number of days for each respective product. We recommend wiping and dusting the surfaces as needed. Regular cleaning products (containing alcohol or other disinfectants), will not remove the Speco® antimicrobial coating. Usage of hard and/or sharp objects to clean the surface will however reduce the effectiveness of Speco®’s antimicrobial coating.

We encourage abiding by the stepped-up cleaning measures in accordance with MOH and NEA guidelines, which Speco90 and Speco Essential help you to achieve whilst using a non-cytotoxic, long-lasting technology derived from the same proprietary active ingredient used in our disinfection service.

What happens if we have a confirmed COVID-19 case that visited our property?

We offer an optional add on that includes the Emergency Services Assistance (ESA) where we would conduct a round of terminal disinfection if your premise has a confirmed case. We have handled many confirmed cases and know exactly what is required to be done. We will handhold you throughout the entire process and will swiftly get your premise up and running again.
